1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use RentFlow:

• Account: Name and email address when you register
• Property data: Property names, addresses, and rental amounts you enter
• Tenant data: Tenant names, email addresses, and phone numbers you enter
• Payment records: Rent payment dates and amounts you record
• Subscription data: Google Play purchase tokens to verify Pro subscriptions

We do NOT collect location data, device contacts, camera access, or any data beyond what you explicitly enter.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the RentFlow service
• To send payment reminder emails to your tenants (only when you request this)
• To verify your Google Play subscription status
• To provide customer support

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with Google Play for purchase token verification. We do not share your data with any advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correction: Update incorrect personal data
• Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

RentFlow is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of RentFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
